No contact and item for a very long while, though seller eventually made contact and gave a good reason. Agree with other review, some flowers have chips or paint missing in parts and there is glue on the back. Still a beautiful item, not worth the money I'm afraid.

No communication. Piece looks as though it has been worn - some chips in paint on flower and some dirt. Glue is visible. Disappointed :(
